I was playing a game of btb and this one guy team killed me 5 different times and I didn’t get the option of booting him from the game for team killing me. But I get frustrated and kill him with a rocket one time and he boots me from the game. Why is that??

Sometimes the Booting system gets bugged and it does this to players. Its something you just have to move on from. I would just suggest never team killing someone in the first place, because after they team kill you enough, you will get the option to eventually boot the player.
