Team "Emblems"? Return of the Clan System?

I’m curious what everyone thinks of this image from the trailer:

Each team has their own “emblem”. Does this mean some sort of clan system is back where clans/teams where each clan/team gets their own emblem and it shows up in battle and across the game?

That’d be awesome if true. I miss the clan system from Halo 2. If it returns, it could have the potential to be amazing.

Yup, I enjoyed the clan feature a lot too. Allowed me to group off my friends list to people I play with a lot and another group being everyone else.
