Sooo, read the bulletin. Long story short, why is Team Doubles scored first to 300 points, wins? Instead of the more logical, first to 20 or 25 kills, wins?

because 300 points is half of 600 points(50 kills) soooo that would mean it would be 25…

what? doesn’t 600 points = 60 kills?

yeah you are right, kills are 10pts each so yes 60/30

Nah, it’s first team to 300 points (30 kills) wins.
It’s higher than the previous standard of 25 kills because the game is much more fast-paced now.

Bear in mind that only the points for kills count, and not any other bonus points e.g. assist, assassination bonuses, distractions etc.

So yes 30 kills wins the match for that team overall. But if I have 13 kills and a boat load of medals, compared to my teammates 17 kills and no medals. I could technically finish 1st on my team of two, right?

its on the scale of 10 points per kill because Personal Ordinance Drops will be included in the GameType. 30 kills will get you a win, get ready to spam your ordinance.

Doubles was pretty much already about power weapon camping but at least running out of ammo would force the other team to move around the map. Not anymore…
