I searched the topic and there’s alot of threads already made, but I had to make another. Just want to help ensure that the first update includes the team doubles ranked playlist. It’s a major part of the game for me, and while I’m enjoying the game already, team doubles will likely make it this game the most fun halo I’ve played.
There’s something special about a 2v2 scenario, finding a partner you do well with and hashing it out with others. It’s way more fun and skill based for me as there’s not 8 people throwing 2 nades every time they spawn or so my assault rifles getting sprayed around the map.
That being said, please start with 1 grenade, and have it BR or DMR start with pistol off hand like a real skill playlist. Not saying AR can’t be on the map, but starting with it is a little lame. I pretty much hate my life right now every time I die and have to go find a BR or DMR. I just don’t enjoy using the AR or pistol at all. The AR also seems a little too strong. I’ve always been terrible with it but in halo 5 I can run over everyone with it. I opt to not use it because it’s just not my style. I’ve always opted for single shot/3 round burst weapons as they are more skill reliant.
