Will we get these playlist pemanent anytime soon
I hope not, doubles was one of the lowest played modes when it was out, it does not deserve a permanent spot. I could see snipers but only if its a med-large maps
Team Doubles needs to be permanent. A ranked one would be a popular playlist amongst the competitive players.
Even if it has half the players as team slayer, it will have just as many games.
People that enjoy Warzone or Fiesta, are the only ones who don’t want Team Doubles.

probably should not generalize people lol I mostly play arena and focus on team arena and slayer but I dont want team doubles. I just dont find it enjoyable.

Agreed. The ranked playlist management is abysmal. This game caters far too much towards casuals. Vast majority of content is for warzone, while competitive players get maps like Riptide and Overgrowth.

If people could just never make posts like this validating 343’s failure to deliver core playlists now well over 6 months after launch, that would be great. And, just to be clear, you do realize that FFA and Breakout have worse populations, right? And they require more players per game?
And snipers should be on normal Arena maps. Stop giving 343 dumb ideas.

and…just because someone doesn’t like team doubles doesn’t mean it hurts that person to have it in the game. Team doubles and snipes is a must for me. Maybe have an option for arena maps vs btb maps?

I like doubles and regular slayer . I also like to chill out in fiesta and warzone assault.
the snipers playlist has to happen… every time they open the weekend (or now weekly) featured playlist of snipers, they write on the welcome message “BACK THIS WEEK DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND: SNIPERS” … if it’s so commonly popular demand, why does it only show up occasionally as a featured? obviously people love it…
and why are they so tight with the amount of playlist they have anyway? Halo MCC still has like 15 different playlists and it’s not their featured game…
Yeah, I’m desperate for Snipers and Doubles. I literally play more Halo Reach still just because of Team Snipers. Do I want to be playing Halo Reach, not at all. These have been in every prior Halo game and they’re usually added after a month or two but 6-7 months seems crazy. It’s like they always have to sabotage something in every game. I’m not asking for Warzone or Fiesta to go away, shoot I’d even like to see Action Sack make a return, but these core playlists can’t be cut. I’ll be happy to wait longer for games or play games with wider skill gaps. Weekend rotations aren’t nearly enough, it needs to be permanent.
If they’re going to wait this long though they might as well have the forge community put together maps specific to these playlists. The current arena maps don’t play great for either of these and BTB for snipers takes some of the fun out of it, but these are still my two favorite and they need to be added no matter what maps they choose to use.
I really want team snipers so I can improve my sniping skills even more.
