Team Deadmen is recruiting! We are looking for players of all skills to fill our ranks.
Intro: We started as a group of gamers in California that were extremely annoyed with how often we were losing because we were paired with idiots in matchmaking. We decided that if we came together and used our resources to strengthen our skills and murder our foes.
Ranking: We have no true ranking system, instead we keep the group small and vote democratically on important team events. No player is held in more regard than another, and any concern can be voiced openly. While we do have a Leader, his role is in no way dictatorial, and he only heads the meeting and keeps records of the meeting events.
Team Protocol: We have meetings every other weekends, and we gather together when more than one of us is on, and destroy those who oppose us. Any player that needs help in our ranks with one area of their skill will receive it from the player best qualified to help you.
How to Enlist: Simply post on this thread if you are interested. I will talk to you about any issues, and send you to one of my fellow teammates to have your entrance exam. This does not determine whether or not you are to be included; If we didn’t want you, I wouldn’t have sent you over. Instead we just need to know where your current level is at. All we require is a working xbox, headset, and copy of Halo 4.
