as game play wise this is pointless you may object but hear me out
what if after the lobby has been split into 2 teams both teams vote their team colours (just since red v blue does get a bit boring after a while) and the most votes on a particular team colour becomes the team’s colour for the match
however if both teams have both voted for the same colour and that colour has been voted as the teams colour for both teams then which ever team had the most votes for that particular colour wins and the other team gets the 2nd most voted colour that their team voted for (or random if no other votes where made on any other colour) and if both teams have equal votes then they get their second pick
