So what’s the best way you all are finding to get your team or party chats to work while playing Halo?

We tried a party of 4 last night, after the Xbox update mind you, to join a party chat before the game and then start it.
Also tried just joining up when already inside the game using the “Roster” feature and had some luck, but sporadic at best.
Some people would hear others, some would hear none, some would hear one or two but not all 3 etc.

So what is the best way to get voice chat going and play the damn game?

A good place to start is to verify that all members have an open NAT and have all the necessary ports opened on their modems.

Lastly, check if anyone is using any extra hardware such as HDMI splitters or soundboxes. Not sure why, but they might cause some issues sometimes.
