I read the fall of Reach book and as far as i know Blue Team died except Master Chief.
So could someone explain me how Master Chief can regroup with his old team ?

Blue Team didnt die on Reach. A lot of other Spartans did though.
Basically, Blue Team and Halsey were stranded on Reach until Chief came back there after CE (First Strike) , they were split up again during Halo 2, and Blue Team would end up trapped in Onyx (Ghosts of Onyx) before being released in Glasslands. After Halo 4, they reunited and run missions together again.
Blue team does not die, simple as that. Fred stays on reach with kelly I believe, and they both survive their time there. Linda is badly injured and is taken to the pilar of autum where chef joines her. The Autum then escapes reach with chief and Linda on it. When the covenant engage the Autum, Linda is ejected in her veto pod. After the events of CE, chief finds Linda’s pod and a few survivors, they then go back to reach to find that Fred, and kelly, along with a few other Spartans II and III. They return to earth and that’s where halo 2 picks up.
