So what if two people headed for an assassination. If they hit the button at the same time, maybe they could do a team assassination. Like 1 guy hold the enemy down while the other one gets the kill. Thoughts?
That’s irrelevant, it’d confuse the system, it’d be hard to programme, etc.
I think it’s a bad idea.
Oh god, I don’t want another reason to encourage teabagging.
Besides, that’ll require teamwork. Halo players hate teamwork

this it would take a extreme amount of coding and they would have to design a lot of other assassinations plus people would Q_Q because it happens a lot and they arent the ones getting the kill
If both people got a kill assisination medal all that Id be down. It would open up all kinds of posibillities.
I made a game type in Reach for Assassinations only and I kept playing it with my friend tons of times
so I would love to see something based on Assassinations make it in War games
Nah, feels like a pointless feature to add. The possibility that 2 people would be close enough to do an assassination, that both will go for it simultaneously, is just to small. I’d rather have a 2 for one assassination in Singleplayer, where you as a player can assassinate 2 enemies in one attack (just like in Deus Ex: Human Revolution)
I don’t think it would work since it would not count as a kill for them both. Odds are one would start to assassinate the guy and then the other one who tried will end up pulling a…yoink…
As to what TomoK12 said, It may sound kinda “cool” imagination in the Human Mind. But as an A.I. would think, it will confuse the system on who get the kill. (And it may just be Yoinked! Anyways :P)
