Team Arena and Slayer playlist not working

Hi 343,

I have been unable to connect to matches in Halo 5 in certain playlists including Team Arena and Slayer for about the last month. The error it gives me is there is not enough people in the playlist but that is not happening to my friends. I contacted support and they said this happens frequently to Preview Program members and to contact 343 here. Halo 5 is my favorite game and I am super upset. I am willing to leave the preview program if that will help. Please help!

I have the same issue with team arena and breakout. I’m curious, were you able to complete the initial 10 rounds for the Feb season? If you did, what rank did you get for the modes that give you the unable to match error?

I’ve tried hard rebooting the xbox, delete and reinstall the game, verified all the ports required are open, NAT is open, etc. I am in the preview program, so this is a new theory I haven’t heard. I’d be willing to leave the preview program too if it does fix the issue.

I think it has to do with a ranking system bug. I won 6/10 of the initial team arena matches, got ranked bronze 1. I won 5/10 of the initial breakout matches and also got ranked bronze 1. From that point forward I get the unable to match error.

If you figure out how to fix this issue please message me directly and I’ll do the same. I’d love to get this issue resolved. I want to play the game so bad. Anyone with advice, please help/advise. Thanks!
