My friends and I are done with Halo 5 until the ridiculous tactic of -Yoink!--shooting is fixed. We are tired of people who can hop up and down like gorillas killing us because we can’t get a good lock on their heads. This is such a amazingly stupid tactic that people who can’t play the game normally use. -Yoink- anyone who does this, get a life. Cya later Hala AKA gorilla squatting simulator 2016. 
So stupid that it just might work. And apparently it does work…

Seriously though, is it worse than drop shooting in COD? I don’t think so. It is a perfectly legitimate tactic that I cannot perform nor counter.
It’s called tactics. Just like spartan charging and thrusting, people can crotch excessively to avoid being shot.

Ronny Ramrod used Rage Quit. It wasn’t effective.
Why are you mad about a tactic that is also available to you? Maybe you should practice some more. So many people complained when crouch jumping was taken out because it required skill. So players adapted and found other ways to be competitive and get an advantage, so players complain again. <3 u internetz

This is a tactic/maneuver that started with Halo 2. It also kind of works when you are jumping. In Halo 3 it didn’t work all that well, but in Reach/H4 it did. Halo 5 in my opinion does it the best. I can tell the multiplayer team really understood that this tactic really helped add some skill to the game. And it does so in such a wonderful way. Because the aiming is not really that difficulty, but it can be at higher levels where folks know how to strafe. This is great because noobs can play other noobs and not feel like they can’t hit shots. Its only until you get people who got those strafes that it really becomes difficult.
Edit: I’m sure it was done in H:CE too, but I’m not sure if it worked as good or not. I played that one at launch and not much more again. (dangit MCC!)
You just going to have that enjoy that salt diet, because strafing in these newer Halo games isn’t the same so -Yoink!- shooting works. It’s actually an under utilized ability in the other Halos.
It’s called Gandhi hopping and it’s a perfectly legitimate tactic that’s been around since Halo was first released in the CE days. If it pisses you off that much, learn it. Implement it into your own gameplay. Or (not trying to be a -Yoink-) learn how to counter it. It’s much easier to do so in the new Halo. Otherwise…peace out bruh…
