Try to close your game and start it up again. Sometimes its bugged and it doesn’t record the last one, if you restart your game, it will say 4999/5000 then and you can get the last one and unlock it
Wait until tomorrow, I’ve had similar issues before - completing a campaign mission and the challenge showing as complete but not getting the XP and still being listed as active and not completed. No other challenges would then have progress tracked.
Overnight I think something resets server side as it allows the challenge to complete the next day. I’ve had this happen twice in the past.
