Frustrates the other player, it is like an in-game taunt.

Its fun to do. No sexual intent. Its just to piss people off and be funny. (Or at least for me it is)…>_>

I think it’s a funny little Easter egg. Not sure how they will canonically explain super soldiers victory crouching over their fellow Spartans corpses… lol

Not all gametypes will have kill came. Especially in Objectives when they have to wait out a 7 second timer when the cam lasts 5 seconds.

In Halo lore, Spartans will place their index and middle finger over they helmet where their mouth would be to show a smile. Perhaps “Victory Crouching” is a similar sign to demonstrate a taunt or a sign of competition.
