Community Supervisor - Halo
Position Purpose: Maintains and enhances community activity via Halo by organizing events, evaluating members, delivering system reports and adhering to procedures; supervising members.
Position Duties:
- Updates position knowledge by participating in learning opportunities; reading established procedures; maintaining personal networks; participating and hosting events.
- Accomplishes community goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to position accomplishments.
- Actively recruits for fresh talent while providing an open and friendly environment; “owns” assigned work-center.
- Communicates with co-administrators and actively seeks feedback from direct supervisors.

Community Supervisor - Destiny
Position Purpose: Maintains and enhances community activity via Destiny by organizing events, evaluating members, delivering system reports and adhering to procedures; supervising members.

Community Supervisor - Member Services
Position Purpose: Maintains and enhances community activity via the community website by handling support emails, blog publications, ensuring quality forum postings, actively using website chat, selecting and interviewing the member of the month, ensuring website tags are properly assigned, reporting any invalid/outdated content to direct supervisors, delivering system reports and adhering to procedures; supervising members.
Position Duties:
- Updates position knowledge by participating in learning opportunities; reading established procedures; maintaining personal networks; actively maintaining a presence on the community website.
- Accomplishes community goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to position accomplishments.
- Actively recruits for fresh talent while providing an open and friendly environment; “owns” assigned work-center.
- Communicates with co-administrators and actively seeks feedback from direct supervisors.
- Responds to support emails and requests in a friendly and open manner.
- Creates new threads and fresh content for the community blog and forums.
