We got a glimpse into Tarkov’s tale but wouldn’t it be interesting if we see him come back in the next Halo as a newly conscripted Spartan IV?
Or would you see him make an appearance as his old ODST self.
Ultimately, if he were to come back in a future iteration of Halo (either game or fiction) how would you continue his story?
Yeah, I think he may be too much of an obscure character to really follow up on. I think as far as ODSTs go, Edward Buck and his squad are the ones who should shine.

Agreed, I would definitely love to see Buck and his squad return. Preferably in their own game as an ODST sequel, but seeing them as a team of Spartan IVs would definitely make me jump for joy as well.

I would like this as well.
But if Tarkov and his squad made another appearance, where do you think is story will go? Will his squad be similar to Buck’s squad or something else entirely? Maybe even have both squads meet in the next Halo would definitely be a viable option.

I would love Buck and they guys back as crimson. Tarkov is kind of a character that only people who pay attention to everything halo know about. but the squad coming back would make me rather happy.

If they come back, I’d like to see them keep the ODST armor (which we now know is possible given the recent map pack). This way it would keep the continuity of their roles.
But first they need to fix the helmet by bringing it back to the Iconic Halo 3 ODST design. The Halo 4 version doesn’t seem right at all.
