One time? Not exactly sure what that means, but it has different levels, each longer than the previous. So it’s 75 wins for the first skin and a total of 650 for the last.
It’s in the game mode commendation section.

Then 90% of the remaining population would already have the last one.
I am 15 away from skin No. 3. then I am done grinding for wins, my priority will be Spartan Company comms…
one thing I noticed, it’s not quite as visible as a piece of armor or helmet, cool none the less
