Win games. That’s the one and only tip you need.
I would recommend to play a lot of matches where ties are rare and there exists 2 different teams. Then, you will be expected to win half of the matches and you will probably need to play double the minimum required amount of matches.

Certain rotational game modes are very quick like rock n rail.
Also swat.
Fast games with a virtually guaranteed winner. That way if you do lose, at least you didnt waste 9 minutes.
