Tank halo 3 controls confirmed

For those who don’t know or care, the tank navigation controls are not crap like Reach’s.link

Appreciate the find, but there is this thing called “Copy URL at Current Time” which takes the video straight to that ex. “6:18” mark that you want us to all see instead of just telling us to go there. Just about everyone who posts a video here doesn’t seem to know this.

Anyway. hated the way just about every vehicle behaved/moved/controlled in Reach. Excited for this.

Anyway you could elaborate on how reach had dif controls… If I remember correctly it felt exactly the same as previous games

I thought Reach’s vehicles felt more fluid, to be honest. Halo 3’s were a bit too stiff.

There were threads a while ago on people hoping the tank movement controls were more like Halo 3. Most people in there agreed in each one. Reach tank felt clunky as 343 stated. I hated how it would get caught at an angle, and turn a different way than what you really suggested.

They just weren’t simple controls like halo 3. I would post those other threads, but they are long lost. Reach tank bothers me till this day. I just don’t like the turning features.

How did Reach’s tank controls work? I don’t think I ever really figured it out. There were always those random moments when I just couldn’t turn the direction I wanted to.

I hated Reach driving.

Also, the Halo 4 Banshee looks so much more controllable now! :smiley: No more spamming back flip eh? At last the Banshee will feel like a banshee again!
