What do you guys think of Tanaka? I didn’t read her origin story so I was wondering. She seems to be the least popular of Osiris… Anyone planning on playing as her? (Also just thought this was cool- if you look closely at Bucks armor there’s a small heart symbol over his heart that has a V for veronica in it. Cool little detail is all)

She’s pretty cool! Had first hand experience as to what it was like surviving from a glassed planet, and risks her life to save any survivors from other glassed planets. She’s a tough person and doesn’t take -Yoink- from anyone. I would like to play as her on a few walkthroughs in coop.
I liked her intro in Escalation. I’m looking forward to her being around.
Very interesting character and very tough. She has been through a lot.
She seems really cool but I would have rather had Romeo on Osiris with Buck instead but I still like her.
She sounds pretty cool. And I think her appearances in Escalation have been pretty good. Not sure how much I feel about the whole mechanic angle though. Personally, I think Vale sounds more interesting as an expert on the Sangheili, but she could still be pretty cool.
By the way, is it just me, or do any of you think Tanaka looked A LOT better in Escalation than she does in Halo 5?
I know Spartans shouldn’t have to look like models or look attractive, but I much prefer her appearance in Escalation to Halo 5. Can’t really pinpoint why. Maybe it’s her hairstyle and her looking younger in Escalation?

So were they fighting alongside Arbiters forces? I couldn’t tell, but Juls fleet was fighting somebody and I didn’t see human ships.

I’m pretty sure there were a couple. Big pillars with antenna sticking out the front?

I think she looks a bit edgier and fierce in Escalation, whereas in h5 she looks more…I guess tidied up?
She looks BEAST to me!!

They were fighting Promeathean Forces. I saw a Phaeton, Promeathean Knight, and at least two Promeathean soldiers in the battle near the end of the cutscene. Otherwise, I love how Tanaka literally just bulldozes a boulder.
