As title says. The talon needler is useless. For one less req you get the hailstorm that rains needler needles. The talon will leave the needle embedded longer, but if you need that perk you’re probably gana die before it becomes useful.
Its all about getting that magic number to supercombine. And talon is worse then hail storm at a extra req and rare level.
Simple fix is buff its rate of fire. But i wouldnt add a req to it since by level 5 you are useing something better then a needler anyways.
