Two part question guys and I may just be blind and dumb. If so apologies…but how to I talk to the other team? Sometimes I like saying GG or picking up someone I just played with by asking if they are interested? How is that done now?
Also is there a way to see what input people are playing on?
you check recent players (in Xbox live menu) then message them, you can also just use text chat in game by holding down start button then typing stuff down.
if you check someone profile it does tell you if they are on PC or Xbox, however there is no way to tell what input method someone is using. If you play Solo/Duos you can decide, otherwise its RNG/luck of the draw.
Why would they make a new game but remove features from old games that are awesome. lol. I do type in game; however, it seems to be team only -__-

Unfortunately, there is no all-chat(at least from what I can tell). No talking to anyone but your own team.

Yes because then we might collaborate with the other team to complete challenges meaning people won’t need to buy more challenge skips.

that’s not the real reason, they don’t include an ALL option because it would just lead to more griefing/toxicity.
Unlikely yes but given the other tactics we’re seeing, I’d say it’s at least possible. I was being hyperbolic.
In all seriousness though, the answer should never be “remove a feature from everyone because of a few bad eggs”.
Give players a choice. If you don’t wanna see bad words, turn on the text chat filter. If you don’t wanna see chat at all, you can opt out and turn it off in the settings.

MCC has ALL chat for text and voice. Why not Infinite? No real reason. Just another poor choice thrown on the pile of others. If people want it, they could enable it in options, or disable it if not. All I can say is, when Custom Games Browser comes, they better have ALL for Customs. Without ALL in Customs, it really ruins the casual experience.

I would agree that people can be toxic…but you cant take something away because some choose to make it bad.
