Taking on 2 wardens with level 3 Reqs.

Has anyone beaten this objective on apex 7 yet? Everytime it’s come up my team has failed.

The 12 Knights are a handful and we can’t seem to get the firepower needed to take down the wardens this early in the game.

Any pointers would be great.

I’ve never done it, and I haven’t heard of anyone doing it either. But I saw a tip saying “melt them with Ghosts”. I haven’t tried that, so I can’t tell you how well it works.

Have done this encounter 3 times now and have yet to finish it.

That actually sounds like a good idea. Get 8 ghosts out and see what you can do.

Yeah, it’s beyond impossible. If the 2 Wardens weren’t enough, the 1000 Knights really do it in. That should be a round 3 at least.

Same here. It’s one of only a few complaints of mine for Firefight. I think I’ve failed everything all but one. The one we passed we all had a mixture of ghosts and hogs if memory serves me correct.

I have only had it once, and completed it with a team of randoms. It seemed like they were nerfed, because it was relatively simple.

" Level 2 REQs available…Warden Eternal is on the beach…good luck Spartans!"

I’ve completed this before, just get a couple people in a Wasp and fly up as high as you can near the Wardens and bombard them. That’s what I did and I never got shot at once.

I’ve only done it when playing with my company. Its not so much the difficulty of the rounds, its the inconsistency. On Apex 7 you can get kill 2 wardens on round 3 and then kill 100 grunts on round 4 its ridiculous. I still think Firefight is a ton of fun though.

I’ve had the Two Wardens on Urban and jfc… by the time we got the first one down we had 10sec left on the clock. We were all pretty well placed and laying down fire to avoid deaths…
They need to put in an Overtime feature so if the clock runs down we can keep fighting till our last death or victory.
Real Spartans wouldn’t give up on a measly timer. They fight to win!

Wasps do help. I used the one free Wasp from the promotional REQ on a couple of Wardens on Urban and it was extremely useful. Problem is it’s rare af and most people don’t have many if any Wasps.

As someone mentioned above ghosts will really help but so does an ar with extended mags then slap on a br as back up. If you can get one person behind the a warden while the others maintain agro then once his health gets low assassinate him and the others go to the next one after a ammo run if needed

The wardens are a weaker variant and are easy to kill. But you won’t win with randoms.

I used a tank… Knights killed me.

A tank is a Level 6 REQ, not Level 3 REQ’s. And Obviously you would stand a better chance if you started at even Level 5 REQ’s when it started, but you don’t because you’re at REQ LEvel 3.

@OP

I’ve made the same complaint: Link

Got to that level at during wardens.

I don’t think I’ve beaten this wave yet either, I usually spawn a Wasp but it does so little damage… the rest of my teammates don’t do much except use BRs… 8 ghosts might work, but if you play with randoms, this won’t ever happen

This has been my experience as well

I’m not sure how you pulled that off. I’ve tried doing just that on two separate occasions, and had the exact opposite effect.
