Um, no. IMO, the ONLY arena playlist that should have snipers is BTB. Maps in normal Arena maps are just too small for snipers, so the skill gap is HUGE, whereas on a big map like BTB maps, it actually makes sense to use a sniper rifle. The point of a sniper rifle is to kill people from long distance, is it not?
Besides, BRs are WAY more annoying than Snipers

I know how you feel about this but I am SEVERELY questioning your logic on creating this post. Halo has always had one of the best sniper rifles in gaming and is a blast to use. One of the main reasons why I even play BTB is so that I can use the weapon the way it was originally intended ie. long distance head shots and providing support for my team. There is no way in hell that I would ever allow the weapon to be removed from BTB. In fact, I vote for a Big Team Battle Snipes playlist.

This makes no sense. As others have said, the sniper is vital to BTB Halo matches and is a staple weapon. Just because you weren’t aware of your surroundings or had the coordination to take out the sniper, doesn’t mean that weapon should be removed. I mean, we might as well just remove all weapons and throw snowballs at each other.
No way, if anything I saw take out vehicles but the just my opinion power weapons like that is a must to make it fun

Exactly. i think the Sniper rifles in BTB Basin need to be swapped out with Beam Rifles. they need to get some lovin’.

Just ignore these troll posts for it feeds their burning desire of being noticed. Sniper rifles, on topic, are to be used at medium to long ranges to provide accurate and suppressing fire for their team.
Are you mad? Its a great weapon that fits perfectly into the game type.
