Take ownership of files in File Share?

So I changed my tag recently, and all the maps/gametypes I created previously still have the old tag as the creator. Is there any way to change this to the new tag, short of remaking them?

I don’t think so. It was the same problem with me when I changed my gamertag a few years ago. The Bungie.net file share maps, screenshots, ect. never updated to my new gamertag.

I don’t think there’s a way. D: Hopefully Halo 4 will have a better system.

I haven’t checked just yet, but I know that on Bungie.net, it should show the old gamertag, but link to the new one. If you checked the URLs, you could see that there was no gamertag in the URLs – just a really long internal ID, which I think was permanent for each user.

I don’t know if Waypoint does the same, but I don’t see any reason why it can’t.
