Was this your plan all along? introduce halo support site first then launch your game and get people to pay $50 for it and then ban them, effectively stealing your money and reducing you to a fake support site filled with automated bots that send out the same response to everyone, whats the point of a support site if its only designed to dismiss your customers? I think this was all a huge plan to profit and purge the community, they already knew of these issues before the game launched and decided to punish players for simply playing the game. Congratulations you are now on Blizzard / EA tier, 3rd worst of all time.
