At first I thought the classes would be alright… I mean it’s logical. They cleared stuff up with ordnance, Promethean vision, AAs, etc. But now, with killstreaks, this game is definitely turning into CoD. The only thing different in CoD is quick kill times.

Buying equipment
Points based ranking system (A bit unconfirmed)
DIFFERENT:
Halo has shields.
CoD has ADS.
Hitmarkers
Welp. Battlefield is farther away from CoD than Halo 4 is looking right now.
Keep in mind this is pure speculation on my part, I will probably end up buying the game. I am just extremely disappointed in 343 industries right now.

You know, I actually HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt your a COD fan, you probably just posted that to make it seem like Halo 4 needs changes, Halo 4 will not be COD, and COD isn’t the only game with custom loadouts, in fact theres hardly a game now that doesn’t have them, so why compare it to possibly the worst game series ever made? (except for the WW2 COD games, I liked those)

There were no killstreaks! The guy really had no idea why he got the Ordinance option. He guessed it was a reward system, but never clarified it. And, it was an early build in custom games.

Look up DeadNames, my most recent game is MW3. I’m aware CoD isn’t the only game with custom classes, but Halo 4 is looking the most like it.

No they cannot. Anything they want to show they have to run it through Microsoft and their lawyers first. If they don’t they run the risk of losing their jobs and getting sued.

You know, if Black Ops didn’t have the buying equipment thing, would people compare that to Halo 4?
And Halo’s always had killstreaks- you get to call in a care package containing an elementary school sticker that makes you look pretty and increase your confidence.

Why are you here? You support nothing that 343 has offered, and you practically wish death on Halo 4 every post.

Oh, Halo 4 will be popular. Thousands on this forum are excited for it, no doubt thousands more. Spartan Ops will keep people coming back, as will the want to make your character the best.
Still, why do you think it’ll fail so badly? We haven’t seen half the game yet, barely any gameplay.
