All i can say is competitive ranking system based off of team wins. Im sure halo fans will agree, the halos that did not posses this type of ranking system are the ones that have done the worst. Every players dream is to get a 50 
Honestly i haven’t seen many ideas coming out of this forum. If i was to guess someone from 343 logs in every day, sees a bunch of incoherent whining and demanding and they just leave to a more rational and reasonable place to gather intel.
Remove Flinch
Add grenade indicators
Smart scope should only give zoom and more aim assist to further away targets, not affect spread or accuracy.
Nerf automatic guns so that precision weapons are more rewarding to a skilled hand
Well we all complained about the ‘ping’ sound whenever you shot somebody; they took that out.
I also agree with Anatamize about removing flinch and grenade indicators!
I’ll wait till the full beta releases before I want 343 to take in ideas.
I know this might sound harsh but why bother asking them?, I mean in a serious way since fans like myself have been requesting things for a very long, yet most of the requests from the classic fans have been ignored since Reach came out. Sure they listened to some of the feedback like minor changes to the game types, matchmaking seems to gain a lot of focus while the prime game design issues are frequently ignored for weird gimmicks that most never asked for while they only get a lot of a agro over them, then they continue to make changes that makes the Halo games feel less unique.
I know they claim that Halo 5 will help to shape the core game but I don’t know any developer that likes making major changes so close to a release date, highly doubt they will which is why I suspect Halo 5 might be nearly as bad as Halo 4. The only way for 343i to truly to show they have listened is to delay the core game, rebuild it from the ground with the fans in mind instead of trying to focus solely on arena because Halo was never only about arena matches since it was about simply easy to get into game-play while catering to both the casual and hardcore gamers while not ruining serious gamers fun with casual gimmick features that some may enjoy for a short period of time until it becomes irritating. I have stated this before but look at games like Half Life 1 since the original game wasn’t up to scratch before they scrapped it and rebuilt it from the ground to become one of the most amazing classic games out there but I kind of doubt that 343i will do the same.
