Simple. I need to unlock the Tactical Package Resistor, as promised 343i.

There are Achievements linked to using Resistor.

I messed up and bought “Bulls-eye” (maps pack) and not “Champion” (maps plus other stuff) and don’t want to have to pay the whole price just to get the stances/skins and getting Resistor.
