I haven’t even touched infinte for over a month now. I come to the forums once and a while to see how 343 incompetence is responding to the feed back. But after reading some of the issues that are STILL happening after 4 MONTHS of the offical release. I am just going to say NOPE to this event which is a real bummer because i was excited for this one.

Also why on earth would you convolute the challenge descriptions so much? Just say earn double kills or earn killing sprees. Not kill two enemy spartans in rapid succession. I want to love this game but it is getting extremely hard to not be disappointed with it.

It’s awful. This challenge system is amongst the worst thing I had to put myself through in my 35 years as a gamer. Yesterday, I logged in, closed down the game because quick resume is still broken, relaunched the game, looked at the empty store, looked at my challenges for the event, cringed, then totally closed down the game.
Infinite is really depressing.

This event is terrible. Challenges are bad and the playlist itself is not enjoyable.

I’ve been called “sweaty” in almost every game I play from fighting games to shooters to mmo pvp.
I’m literally just playing the game. I’m not doing anything special other than just playing the way that I find enjoyable. Calling a player sweaty is just people being salty that someone is better than them at a game.

By the gods! I just played this for the first time and what a stupid stupid event!! Unless you like SWAT obviously…and Mangler SWAT? Are you bloody kidding me!!! Who thought that would be a good idea! One of the most boringest game types I have ever played. People quit constantly in this too. Then you make weapons specific challenges for it!!! I have just played four games in a row without getting the sidekick. So yeah this is a joke.
This event is terrible! I can’t stress this enough. Can’t see myself getting much of these items. Such a terrible event.

Except playing against pc players
It’s entertaining to see everyone attempt to coss map with the sidekick on Behemoth. I haven’t seen accuracy above 25% yet.
PC players are only a problem when they are hacking. Controllers easily have the aim advantage given how strong aim assist is in this game.

People whine about aim assist but it absolutely no stronger than any cod game. It has to be there or console gets wrecked
I’m not whining about it, I’m just saying its not really a problem. My only issue with PC players is the rampant hacking in ranked.
Know the feeling. I’ve thought about coming back to Infinite but then I realise how bad the games state is and how bad 343i are acting these days. I barely noticed the time go by and barely had any interest in going anywhere Infinite in about 3 months. Looked at the event and thought about it and yeh I’m thinking no too. 343i doesn’t seem to learn from their constant mistakes.

I had an epiphany earlier…
In the state Halo Infinite is in, it is more fun complaining about the game than it is to actually play it.
