This event is supposed to be next week but we haven’t got a trailer or any news about it from 343 so we should be ready to expect bad news today i think this event will be delayed.

It’s nothing more than speculation based on some community data mining. I’d be surprised if anything is planned for next week as they haven’t said anything through official channels.

That piece of misinformation comes from the Halo “leaks” pages.
They’ve been wrong about the dates TWICE already. You would have as much luck as throwing a dart at a calendar while blindfolded than trusting their information.
N.B. I’ve followed Halo Leaks closely for a while and they are wildly incompetent: they make speculations that are almost always wrong and arrogantly release dates that have no basis in validity. All Halo leaks sites are speculation at best.

I’m surprised that with today as the “leaked” event start date, and this comment from Joe Staten saying it would be coming this week, that we haven’t gotten any official notice of which date it starts…
I’ve been all excited for it to start today but now I’m skeptical that it will. If so, Unyshek was clearly wrong that they would tell us in advance next time.

No, they did tell us in advance, it was a few days before the event. Just like how there “are” millions of possible armor customization combinations, just most of it is behind a hard paywall.
They haven’t technically “lied” they have just been very loose promises

I mean, technically this one was actually a lie: “I would say, for any FPS going out will have always have split-screen in going forward”
Everything else was just vague and dishonest, like “sub-biomes” in the campaign.

Given that it’s in last weeks “halo infinite update march 2022” blog post they technically DID tell us. What’s odd is that there was zero marketing posts about it.

Yeah I’m just surprised by the radio silence. And while it seems obvious now that it will come out with the challenge reset today, it feels silly that the date and start time weren’t explicitly mentioned anywhere.
Haven’t heard that one before but wouldn’t put it past them.

It pains me to be overly negative, but I didn’t realize that 343’s “Priority Zero” actually means zero priorities. It’s one thing to “move slower so that we can move faster later,” but it all comes to naught if the patient expires in the waiting room.
To me, putting together some advanced marketing and clever promotion for the Tactical Ops event, like they did for Cyber Showdown, would have been a good place to start.

Perhaps they have vacancies in their marketing department - they seem to have a lot at the moment according to one topic I saw on here.
I take this to mean they had too many P1s so they had to start adding P0s.
A similar thing happened back in the day at my office.

Not bad for this pup. Went 20:5 even with a man down and we won by a fairly large margin. Glad the Battle Rifle Stance was one of the first things you unlock.

There’s also uniquely placed battle rifles with skins placed every where, some of the coats I don’t feel I’ve seen yet, maybe an HCE skin I guess?
