Is there any easy way to get the tactical magnum? Or do I just have to get incredibly lucky or spend all my money?

To be honest, the tac magnum, cool though it is, is seriously underpowered for a req level 4 loadout weapon. But yeah, you pretty much just have to keep grinding.
Keep grinding though that Gold Pack mine - you’ll eventually find one. I finished up my Gold Packs not too long ago - say for some exclusive stuff.
I love it, i think the Gunfighter stinks compared to this weapon. I mean I’m not usually using a Pistol at Req lvl 4 so maybe it should be 3. But it is my preferred Magnum by far
Is there any permanent magnum unlocks or are they all single use? Because, I do think when the planets align and I actually get one of these bad boys. If its singular use I probably won’t use it ever.
Tactical is cool and all, but the gunfighter is where it is at. Get good with it, and it is so satisfying to rip off a bunch of easy headshots for a quick kill.

All Magnums (except for the Combat Evolved Magnum) are permanent loadout weapons once you unlock them. You can use them as much as you want.

CE and Whispered Truth are one time use, the rest are loadout.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Whispered Truth - nice call.
I think the tacticle magnum is actually one of the best loadout weapons in the game because of the amount of damage that it deals out and if you are in warzone it doesn’t cost you all your req points like the ce pistol which is level 6 reqs.
