Hey guys, Im Hayes, Department Director of Halo at Tacticalcarnage.com. We need more staff for the Halo department. We have a big Ts server set up already. What is Tactical Carnage? Well Tactical Carnage is basically a big clan or community of multiple games such as SC2, MW3, WoW…ect. Each of the departments have Directors to coordinate events. We were mainly pc games for awhile but expanded to console. Now I need YOUR help to make this successful. We are a big and friendly community that play together often. The positions we have available for Halo are as followed:
Assistant (Must be 18+)
Duties: Directly assist the Department Director in a variety of tasks which can include event management, updating roster information, and etc. Must be willing to cover Director absences.
Requirements: At least 18+ years of age, have a computer mic/headset, minimum of 25 forum posts.
Competitive Officers
Duties: Responsible for the competitive teams in terms of training, match scheduling, and recruitment. They must set up practices and matches for their teams (Must practice 4 hours per week. 1 Match per week).
Requirements: Competitive level k/d ratio, ability to communicate strategy.
Content Officers
Duties: Responsible for content in all forms & outlets, except for livestreaming. Content should be interesting and informative, and the outlets can include: Youtube, News, articles, forums, etc.
Requirements: Ability to communicate ideas professionally without grammatical errors. Video editing software preferred, not required.
Enforcement Officer
Duties: Maintain the rules and regulations of the department and the community. They should be the first to be contacted to take care of issues between members.
Requirements: Full knowledge of our rules and regulations.
Event Officers
Duties: Create new events, organize, and promote them… Also set up practices/game rooms for other members which allows for the engagement of the community. Must give the Department Director their desired practice times each week.
Requirements: Minimum of TWO 2-hr practice nights per week.
Live Stream Officer:
Duties: Deal with live streaming by finding fun and informative content to stream. Also, make sure department streamers are contributing content that meets our standards.
Requirements: Computer/Internet capable of streaming, you will need a Cap Card in order to stream.
New Member Officer:
Duties: There job is to make sure all new members are welcomed to the department and community. They should inform them of all aspects of the community and show them where all important information can be found.
Recruitment Officers:
Duties: Tssked with representing our mission in the global gaming community. They are responsible for portraying TC in a positive light, and recruiting like-minded gamers.
Requirements: Minimum of 10 in-game hours per week.
