T-Bag etiquette

This is my new mantra

Dev codes in tbagging bots
walks it back and claims it was a stair bug
lmao, no fun allowed!

I would rather deal with ragers, racists & wreckers than some guy with the animal ears.

Only time I really ever see anyone teabagging is when they are losing and have a negative K/D. Its comical to me honestly.

Bagging and shooting my body just makes that player a target for me, and infinitely more satisfying when I go back and assassinate or completely decimate them afterwards. I see it, as someone else said above, that it makes some players push themselves a little bit more. My only issue is the only t-baggers I witness are idiots who are purposely trying to make your team lose and betray eachother, or the player on the bottom of the enemy team. It doesn’t feel like 2007 anymore.

Bagging ain’t bad, in fact I think it’s just a staple y’know. I just don’t do it.

You know what it is fellow Spartan!

Bungie actually encouraged T-bagging, trash talk & general communication.
343 is afraid of it. How dare you the gamer have fun.

You mean donkey punches?

was the basic trash talk we know from the old game’s not have become only worse that a lot off time’s the red line more has been crose and that the level off trash talk was so worse that you not wane here some stuff in the game chat at all.
was that not the reason for it?

since i know that was the reason why activision has remove it more from there cod game’s after BO2.

It speaks more about what the publisher & newer generation developers worry about (Which is their image over the actual content of talking between the gamers) than it does “How gamers have changed”
I’ve played indie games with voice setups closer to old Halo & everyone is really friendly even when we’re being rude.
You cant request of people to not get heated, rude or not engage in VC frequently because its almost an equivalent to asking them to not be invested in the game itself. The best any modern dev can do is to put systems that allow for people to match with the personality types they want to interact with.

The game went from a rated M for Mature to a T for Teen.

Clearly there is going to be a change in production and activity within the game because of this major change in rating.

That’s for the single player & developer content. ESRB never rates online play. Foolish to suggest that is the reason.

That crap was awesome :joy:

Baited so many assassinations with that.

welcome to the “We are offended” generation. No shenanigans allowed.

its true that the ESRB do not rate the online part from the game’s.

but the game new’s site’s like IGN can make post’s about it if a multiplayer mode from a game has has a toxic talk chat more in the game.
and that is give more a bad reputation for that game more and the developers from the game.

its the same with the T-bag discusion what for my part more is a compleet joke that some people do not there home work good and know what the T-bag really means in the game world.

but we live now in a world where things that was normal back in the old day’s now are compleet wrong for some reason.

Wouldn’t know, I don’t really pay attention to people who -Yoink!- wither it’s teammates or enemies.

For me, the t-bag is a symbol of FPS culture and the only way to interact with the opposing team in Infinite these days. T-bagging is the really the only thing letting you know you’re against other humans. No proximity chat or post-game lobby chat from older Halos. When I get pwn’d or t-bagged for no reason at all, I just smile and think “that kid knows Halo”.

The “We are offended” ‘generation’ of people tend to be very nasty people IRL & Online. So they can shove it.

Clearly ‘bad rep’ has never stopped sales for a game.
Behold:
GTA
Cyberpunk
Square Enix
The entirety of activision
