System link help

So I have an Xbox One, and my friend has an Xbox 360. Is is possible to do a system link between the two so we can play Reach on them?

The Xbox One doesn’t have system link capabilities. Halo Reach is backwards-compatible on Xbox One, however.

I read somewhere (can’t remember) that Xbox One can do system link in certain games.
