My Halo 5 is taking forever to load, and sync my data. Then ends up telling me it’s unable to try again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hard reset, and unplug your Xbox One from the wall.
This was an issue on Microsoft’s end, it should be fixed now. If the problem persists, try what thetimewarptrio said. If the problem still persists, trying contacting Xbox Support.
