XBL was down.
All servers are incompetent even halo chanel isnt working i cant watch the terminals i found as well the new halo nightfall chapter, my account cant sync my thata wen i start the game and the achievements didnt apear when they are suppose im so unhappy 
it’s not Halo related.
I could not even get into BF4. had same sync issue.
I thought it was another MCC problem, but according to Microsoft, XBL is just experiencing some problems with cloud storage.

Not exactly a stretch, lots of problems with the MCC.
Yeah I had the same problem last night and It was because XBOX live was having issues
