Hey all,
I’ve encountered an issue with my Halo 5 Guardians… For some reason the game cannot sync my data so I can’t play multiplayer or change my Spartan in anyway or even look at req packs… If there is anyone there with a solution I would really value your help…

update: profile on waypoint is showing error as well.

Anyway to fix profile sync, I dont want to lose my games and req packs that I earned and the code I typed in for the premium packs!!!
Yes…me too…only synced two out of six tries…glad I’m not the only one.
Same here. First time I have actually had a chance to play, even. I let my son play yesterday, so didn’t get to try it until now. Lucky me.

Just worked for me. Didn’t do anything special, just quit and restarted for the umpteenth time.
Apparently they tweeted saying everything should be resolved now. About to try it out.
Guys, check your ISP watershed/parental control setting. Been causing problems for loads of people. Log in to your ISP website and disable any age/time restrictions.
Just saying halo is rated 16 why is it on parental control? I can play Cod and battlefield just fine and they are rated 18
I am now getting the sync error, was there anyway to fix this or did it just come back on its own?
