My profile wont sync correctly anymore and i cant get some of the achievments and my game has glitchy episodes when it trys and fails to sync please fix this

Try each of these steps; one at a time.

  1. Try hard resetting your Xbox (also known as power cycling)
  2. Try deleting your local game save data. This is a dangerous step because if you aren’t careful, you could accidentally delete your save data from the could, erasing all of your progress. I suggest using Google to look up a guide for this step.
  3. Try reinstalling Halo 5.
