Description of your issue: Profile Sync error / Req pack error / Hopper Servers / Loss of rank to 1. Just started happening about a week ago randomly. I have not updated any of my firmware or changed any hardware recently. When I do make it into a game I will sometimes only have half my reqs available to use. [See link three]

Hard reset of xbox, modem, and router.

Signed in and out of xbox. - Connecting xbox directly to modem. - Changed ip address. - Tried wired in and wireless.
