It might but I highly doubt it.
The Swords of Sanghelios content was one of the highlights of Halo 5 for me, so fingers crossed we might see something in Halo Wars 2
I’m pretty sure they are just gonna focus on the SoF and the banished if they are going for a cannon multiplayer like H4, H5 but god don’t let it be a simulation let be like a skirmish of some sorts. If they don’t go for a cannon multiplayer then I don’t see why not the swords of sangheilos can’t be a playable faction

The Swords aren’t exactly at the Ark. I don’t see how they would tie into the story. They are cool and I would love to play as them in multiplayer, but I don’t see it happening.
