Swords of Sanghelios crash cannot progress

i bought a brand new xbox one s yesterday and downloaded halo 5 from game pass and all seemed well but every time i try to play Swords of Sanghelios right before you can play the sounds skips like a windows blue screen then i get thrown back to the xbox dashboard. i have tried everything except deleting and redownloading because it took like 20 hours for some reason and i wont do it again.

is there anything i can do besides redownloading the game?

so you probably already did a full power cycle, if you don’t have any additional storage units to move the game around then I guess you have to redownload it. If your xbox very hot then that might be the problem. The game shouldnt have started if there was a problem with it or even downloaded. If this doesn’t work then contact xbox support not the halo forms.
