I always hate how someone is walking towards me with a sword and move 3 inches faster from their current location and kill me. I don’t want that in HALO 4 THOUGHTS?? Updated in my opinion it is cheating
‘sword lunge’
The lunge has been there since halo 2 and never really bothered anyone so I don’t see a need to get rid of it.

Sword Lunge, has been in Halo ever since you could wield them, how did you just now notice that? If I am not mistaken it is supposed to balance the fact that the energy sword is a melee weapon and not a ranged weapon.
Sprint + sword however is annoying as hell
leave it in.
P.S. the shotgun should be buffed to its CE range and dammage

Explain what you mean by 3 inches… Also, how is anything cheating if it is in game? I hate when people shoot me, it must be a cheat code lol.

Here is a cheat code OP, try using this when someone tries to “sword cheat” you.
sword lunge is what makes the sword actually work, without it it becomes useless outside of camping and very very easy to dodge.

Its even better when they walk at you first with a normal weapon and pull out the sword then bum rush you. At one time you had to bait people to come to you if you wanted a lot of sword kills.
