To whom it may concern,
There seems to be a issue with my console version of MCC syncing my profile that has been used before on the PC version. I switched accounts on my console and the game allows me past the start menu and to play. However, when I use my main account the game freezes when I select start. I have unistalled both console and PC versions. I have only reinstalled my console version to see if that would work and still the same issue. Is there anything that can be done? Or will I have to play on a different account from now on when playing MCC between the two platforms?
