Swatguns

An idea for a new gamemode called swatguns, a swat variant with shotguns.

What’s the point though? The shotgun is already a one-hit-kill weapon. Removing shields would effectively increase its kill range and would not add much else.

Sorry but I think its a terrible idea. The whole point of swat is the 1 shot headshot and you have no radar. Shotguns are already a one-shot kill and they are not long range. I guess you might be able to kill someone from a little farther away because they don’t have shields but it will barely change anything. The only real difference will be the no radar.

Yeah nah, I think this one could use a rethink.

Don’t know if I can call this an idea as it’s been in Halo before… Swat has never been my thing, if I wanted easy kills I would play COD. But I wouldn’t see nothing wrong with trying swatguns in H5. I am not against anything that brings some variety to the game.

Sorry to disappoint you, but Swatguns is already a thing in MCC. It was a game mode during the Yappening (dunno if it’s still around as a social/action sack game mode).

Yeah Shotguns would just be a really bad idea for SWAT

I never was a fan of shotgun swat in past halo games. I just prefer the regular reflex competition of regular swat. Just my opinion

I don’t think it would work very well.
