what is going on with Pegasus II swat spawns. They are right in front of people, ruins the game.
I haven’t experienced any bad spawns yet, but I rarely do anyways.

Pegasus II is a hot mess in general and needs to be removed from rotation, especially in SWAT. When you’re just as much of a cannon fodder as the enemy, you can’t afford to spawn right into the barrel of their gun. It’s not fair to the players spawning as they usually had no time to react.
There’s a reason why nobody likes asymmetrical maps in halo when playing symmetrical gametypes such as slayer, and this just proves why pegasus shouldn’t have been added back into arena. Asymmetric maps = consistent camping for map control, and possible spawn killing, where as a normal run of the mill symmetric map wouldn’t cause such things to happen. Map control should be a thing to fight for. Not a thing you can easily spawn right next to at the start and maintain throughout the match.
I have experience this issue since it first came out. There are a couple of locations that allow campers to exploit the spawn locations.
