SWAT!? (Rotational Playlist!?) - PLEASE READ

…To my fellow lovers of SWAT, as well as the good people at 343i,

Ever since the days of Reach, I’ve always been an advocate for making SWAT is own (umbrella) playlist, having sub-playlists.

For instance, (because I as well as many other players dedicate their time/efforts specifically to SWAT) I would love to see a 2v2 SWAT (SWAT Doubles) playlist implemented in this way…If a SWAT umbrella is not possible, than at least a 2v2 SWAT rotational playlist (say, every first week of the month?..ect).

SWAT Umbrealla (Ideas):

  • 2v2 SWAT/SWAT Doubles
  • 4v4 SWAT (Regular)
  • Big Team SWAT
  • SWAT (Eliminations)
  • In SWAT Eliminations, each player have 5 lives, and are gradually eliminated until their is a 1v1 standoff…Last man standing, wins.

If there is any one thing that 343i should learn from Reach it’s that having too many playlists cuts the population up far too much. SWAT is becoming permanent but just plain, vanilla SWAT as it is now.

Edit: It was either permanent or for the next two weeks, I forget.
