Many in the community have posted issues about their stats being reset today, the consistent theme is that the vast majority have attained Onyx level in the SWAT playlist. If your having the same or similar issue post here in order to raise greater awareness. We would appreciate some kind of communication from 343 as to what the issue is regarding the stats reset. Can we have a time frame as to when ranks will be restored and matchmaking can resume on day two of release? Please don’t repeat MCC 343.

Agreed, I got onyx mid day when I got back from running errands, ALL my service record stats just disappeared
Yes, i noticed the same thing as well. I also had my service record/ranks as well as my REQ points wiped after reaching ONYX in SWAT. This is extremely frustrating. at the least i would like a response from 343.
Same thing happened to me, I got onyx in swat and all my stats were reset. Is this issue only happening to people who earned Onyx in swat or pretty much everyone?

Seems to be swat only as I have a friend that’s Onyx in Team Arena and he’s not having any issues.
About done with this. Cannot handle more broken 343 games.
Seems like the whole stat system is just down, as new games played don’t save to my service record and my service record doesn’t reflect any of my previous games.

Ive been on several forum posts on halo waypoint as well as reddit. So far every single person claiming they have been reset, Had previously achieved the ONYX rank. Whether its just the SWAT playlist or not, im not sure.
If there was a problem with the way people were being ranked in SWAT i’m fine with them reseting that stat, but I was working my way to diamond tier in breakout, and now I practically have to start all over.

I agree. I don’t mind if they reset my SWAT playlist rank. But i was working my way to plat on breakout and don’t really want to restart
I wouldn’t care if they reset all ranks… but the fact that we’re now unable to earn XP or qualifying matches and have 0 REQ points is idiotic. And the fact that we’ve yet to see anything that looks like an official acknowledgement of the issue is just insulting.
But hey, not sure why I thought 343 would have changed after last year. Guess ignoring paying customers that’re having to deal with their broken game has become their specialty.

Odd, when you get on waypoint to look at your stats they’re all still there, onyx, REQ, all the stats. I have a feeling it’s not that they were deleted. But more that the servers aren’t able to fetch the data files in order to sync them in game
