Looks like the new update still doesn’t allow anyone to play ACTUAL SWAT…except every 10 games or so. SWATNums has to go! Stupid.
Did the update change the respawn timer to 3 seconds? There was no mention of it in the patch notes, but Bravo said it would be included in the update. Thanks!

I actually prefer SWATnums. Less sniping.
SWATnums has not been that bad so far. With the smaller maps the magnum fits in better than the DMR in most cases.

Pretty sure that update is going to be included in the December one.

ugggh I hate swatnums. if 343 has such a hard on for magnums just give it a separate playlist. swat has never been about playing magnums 99% of the time. More Br and DMR please 343. Stop ruining this playlist.
I wish they would have fixed this, I mean 90% of the games I have played in Swat is Swatnums… please please change this. at least make it to where you have an BR and a magnum and let ppl choose if they want to play with the Damn pistol or not and can we please have more maps for games types like these, get so tires of playing on the same 2 maps over and over again (even the variants of those 2 maps)
Look so far according to my poll 343 should bring back Guardian. a great Swat map, over all just a great map.

I highly doubt it’s 90%, in fact Swat/Swatnums is likely weighted 50/50. Just to check I went through your last 25 games of swat and you’ve played 14 BR vs. 11 swatnums. Checking my own it was the opposite, 11 Br games vs. 14 swatnum games. Small sample size but I see no reason they wouldn’t be weighted evenly. Now if you just don’t like swatnums that’s one thing, a couple of my friends complain every time it comes up. It doesn’t really bother me I like a little variety. But don’t just make stuff up. Truth is swatnums doesn’t show up any more than regular swat does. I also do not care for voting just give us a rotation. Now I would prefer they set it up to where the same gametype/map doesn’t show up multiple times in a row, like I said I prefer variety.

First I’m not making -Yoink- up, its kinda hard for you to calculate anything especially when I play under 2 different tags I may play a few games under one and a few under the other so you cant base it off one tag alone. Second I’m pretty sure that it is supposed to be 50/50 but i’m pretty sure its not. Honestly I prefer that it be more Swat, than Swatnums. I dont mind Swatnums, it just get old when you have 3 games back to back that is Swatnums, and its on the same 3 maps.

Apparently the ability to drag across someone’s head with three quick shots is preferred…by some. I personally like the magnums.

It is not weighed evenly at all. It is actually a joke to suggest it is. I have sat there night after night and have played 8-10 magnum games in a row. Now while not all my nights at like this, but I have never been able to say the opposite for BR games. I have never played more than a game or 2 of BR’s in a row. There is no variety if majority of games are magnums. that is not swat. throw the DMR into rotation with the BR and lesson magnums. I have always liked the odd magnum game, but not majority of my games. i have always played swat on halo and some of my long time swat friends are just dropping like flies because it is so awful and I feel the same way. Hopefully they will fix this soon.

Yea it is included. Really doesn’t do anything to the game type. I am ok if it is 1 second, just make the maps not so open
