I don’t know if anybody has noticed but h1 swat and swatnums can really screw your kd and rank, I think they should be a separate playlist. It only takes one good pistol user on the enemy team and you will most likely lose. I just don’t think it’s fair when you can dominate with brs or dmrs then get one of these two playlists and play like it’s the first time ever, it’s not just me either I always get teamed with other people who can’t use pistols worth crap. Just wanted to get that out there
Update just got 4 swatnums in a row this is what I’m talking about at the very least they need to mix up the playlists better

Swatnums feels fine, it’s H1 Pistols and H2 BR’s that I hate in swat.

So what weapons would you like left in SWAT? Because from my perspective, the H1 an H5 magnums are much more difficult to use than the H5BR and DMR. Thusly, I lead to the logical conclusion that if an enemy is really good with the low aim assist H1 magnum they are probably top-tier with the easier to use H5BR.
I’ll take a skilled br user over a skilled pistol user any day I’m sick of getting by but kicked by 1 really skilled guy, I know you can’t have a perfect balancing in matchmaking but I think this would help

Clearly he is having trouble using the magnum in swat, how else is he suppose to get better if he doesn’t use the magnum in swat so he can be better at using the magnum in swat?
No, I’m not suggesting him to play swat to “up his magnum game, bruh” I’m simply suggesting he should play more swatnums to get better at magnums in swat.

If it sounds like I’m only out for myself I didn’t mean it like that I would never expect 343 to do that, yes it’s my personal preference but I’m sure I’m not the only one, and I’m sure I’m not the only person who wants more playlists. I doubt it would ever happen but I wanted to get my voice out there

Honestly, Swatnums is my least favorite variant in SWAT, but I still appreciate the opportunity to get better. And ironically, I’m the most consistent K/D- and rank-wise in SWAT. I struggle on Team Arena because I actually try to complete the objective and end up ruining my K/D.

Swat already has a very low population, making another one would be stupid. Get good with those weapons… also what does it matter what weapon it is when everyone has no shield? The point of Swat is to hit head shots, you should be doing this with any weapon.
“Fixed” implies it’s broken. You just don’t like some of the weapons in the playlist, that’s far from being broken.

I definitely think SWAT needs an overhaul. BR and DMR are not cycled through enough and swatnums is cycled though too much. I don’t think the BR/DMR should be removed because those are what make SWAT SWAT. I also think that the maps need better cycles. I’ve been playing the same 5 maps over and over again. I haven’t even seen Fathom or Torque in a long while along with some other maps I can’t think of off the top of my head. The spawns and weapon and map rotations just need some tweaking.
Swat use to be my favorite playlist and actually enjoyed swatnums but it does suck when ur teammates suck dingus with the magnum and drag u down for the L. Now i just play wza to chill and relax. With the game being out 1yr 1/2 imo ranked is overrated at this point.
